The Arabian Show at Westworld

We took another day  off from riding and training  to go to Scottsdale for the  Arabian Show. It was the first  time  that  Peg, myself  or  Elisabeth attended the Show or had  been to Westworld, one  of Arizona's prime horse  venue location.
Although none of  us are  particularly interested  in horse shows, it would  prove to be an interesting  day.
There was  lots of  cool metal art all over the  place!

We saw  lots of  show stuff  for sale at the  vendors  booths. There was even a  saddle with the  price  tag  of $25,000 on it!
Peg  did some  bling  hunting. There were lots  of  it. I was  looking  at  some  of these show outfits. Can you believe  $4500 for a  jacket?

Then there were  the  horses. This is the  warm up arena.

lots  of  time  is  spent  grooming  these horses  before  they  go into the  main arena to be judged in their  respective  classes.

                                                                 Part  of  the  judging
